Project, AI content systems I built

The systems built to run the work.

No-code AI engines I designed and built in n8n to take the repetitive work out of a three-brand content operation: a competitive-intelligence brief that lands in Google Chat each morning, a blog pipeline that drafts and ships long-form on schedule, and a distribution engine that posts across platforms. Running live today across three SaaS brands — an example of using AI tools accountably, with human judgment owning the publish.

The problem

Most teams learn that a competitor has launched something the same way their customers do: late, from a post or a lost deal. Someone is nominally watching the market, but nobody has the hours, so competitive intelligence becomes a scramble before a board meeting rather than a daily habit. The cost is not only surprise. It is sales caught flat-footed on objections, marketing missing the moment, and leadership steering on stale information.

What it delivers

Never blindsided

Competitor activity, surfaced daily

Launches, feature drops, funding rounds, leadership changes, acquisitions and campaigns, caught the day they break, each with a plain-language note on why it matters. No more learning it from a prospect.

Routed by team

Routed to the team that can act

One brief, three audiences: content angles for marketing, conversation starters and objection handling for sales, market-shift signals for leadership. Not a news dump, but a briefing written per team.

Zero effort

Scheduled, branded, unattended

Daily or weekly, delivered into Slack, email or Google Chat, formatted on brand and on time, with no manual step. Configured once, then it runs.

A suite of engines, one system

Not one tool but a set of custom engines that watch, create and publish. Intelligence briefs tracking named rivals and the wider category; a blog engine that drafts and ships long-form on schedule; and a distribution engine that posts across every platform for you. All real, running systems — the samples are live output, with client, product and competitor names blurred to protect the intelligence.

Competitive Intelligence Brief

Competitor moves + angles

Live output, names blurred. Every rival move caught and routed: For Marketing / For Sales / For Leadership.

Content Intelligence Brief

Themes, resonance & hooks

Live output, names blurred. Weekly themes, the posts resonating in the category, and hook-ready content ideas.

Blog Engine

Long-form, drafted & shipped

An automated pipeline covering research, drafting and publishing on a set cadence, SEO-shaped and on brand, so long-form never goes quiet.

Distribution Engine

Posted everywhere, automatically

One piece of content, formatted and scheduled across every platform, so distribution runs without supervision.

Not a news dump. An analyst that does not sleep.

How it works

Monitor

Watches named rivals, not a generic feed

Wired to the specific competitors and topics that matter in the category, pulling live signal across the web on a schedule. Not a generic feed.

Analyze

AI that filters to what matters

An AI reasoning layer cuts the noise, judges what is materially significant, and writes it up in clear language, grounded in real sources and tuned to read like an analyst.

Brief

Written for each team

Signal becomes action per audience: angles for marketing, objection handling for sales, market-shift reads for leadership, in the house format.

Deliver

Straight to where you work

Slack, email or Google Chat, daily or weekly, on time, with no dashboard to check and no one to chase.
